HKRSV 100-3500
The boiler is a push grate boiler which burns almost all biomass fuels, with humidity from 30% to 50%.
The boiler is welded in Denmark with 1.class materials and certified welders.
The boiler is a five pass boiler, where 3 are convection passes. The tubes have a large wall thickness for extended life. Likewise, the tubes are made with a large diameter for ease of cleaning.
Secondary air nozzles penetrate the sides of the boiler with easy adjustment of airflow.
All hatches and doors are made large and are easily accessible.
The boiler is insulated with 100mm glass wool and covered with aluminum-zinc plating.
