Smoke Exhauster TPK Type R2A 150-AC01-16 1800 rpm
Smoke exhauster R2A is designed to solve the problem of bad draught in a chimney. It is often more inexpensive to fit in a smoke exhauster than to build a new or higher chimney. Besides, the smoke exhauster secures a constant draught. The smoke exhauster is designed for high flue gas temperatures (max 400° C) as its nave is air cooled. The draught of the exhauster is approx. 2,5 mm W.C. of hot flue gas. Output 170 m3/h. It is easy to open for cleaning and the power consumption is only 32W.
If the smoke exhauster is fitted to a boiler without smoke box, the boiler must be supplied with an after burner plate. If not, the guarantee of the motor elapses.
This smoke exhauster can be used for boilers up to max.
30 kW. The
exhauster is supplied with a manual adjusting damper which secures a very
precise adjustment of the draught.
The terminal strip and the control programme
in the control panel of all the REKA HKRST/V boilers, 20 to
30 kW, are prepared
for the building in of this smoke exhauster.
The smoke exhauster can also be used for
manually fired straw or wood boilers. It can f.inst.
start simultaneously with the firing of the boiler,
and a timer can then turn off the smoke exhauster after a fixed period.

If the smoke exhauster is fitted to a boiler without smoke box, the boiler must be supplied with an after burner plate. If not, the guarantee of the motor elapses.
