Before start-up of the boiler
1. Does the boiler contain water?
2. Is there power on the control board?
3. Is the fuel container filled?
4. Do the various motors rotate in the correct direction?
In order to restart when fresh fuel has been lighted, press ”OPSTART”, and the display shows OPSTART. The control activates the stoker screw and the blower moderately as the output should not be too high until the fire chamber has been warmed up. When the oxygen content has dropped to a certain level, the automatic control starts. We recommend you to use combustible fuels such as wood pellets or dry wood chips the first two days. Condensate in the boiler / the chimney and moisture from the fireproof lining will then have evaporated. Hereafter you can burn difficult fuels such as grain.
The up-start function is only maintained for 15 minutes. If the oxygen content is too high then, the unit stops and the display shows STOP.
