The Combustion Plant of the Future for Burning Moist Combustibles

TYPE HKRSV (30-50% moisture content)

-   Every Heat Consumer's dream

The complete plant is fitted with a pre-treatment unit/dosing unit, in the form of a hydraulic discharger, a cone silo discharger, automatic crane, or the like. (Note the rear of this Page).

From the dosing unit the fuel is passing through in several sections, where the fuel is compeltely burnt in a fireproof ceramic tunnel by admission of primary as well as secondary preheated air. The moving stepped grate carries the small amount of ashes and clinker forward to the sah removal worm, which deposits the ashes/cinders outside the furnace room, f.inst. into an ashcontainer.

The transmission of the large heat volume is secured by a high effective tree-pass stell plate boiler with large firetubes.

The plant is very easy to operate, has a high level of simplicity, firm built, combined with a long life time.

The boiler plant is available is sizes for 80.000 to approx. 3.000.000 Kcal/h (approx. 90 to 3.5000 kW)

As appears, the heating plant yields a complete solution as far as combustion and automatic ash removal goes, and at the same time it takes an ninimum of stoking and tending.
