REKA boiler, type HKRST-FSK

The professional heating plant with oxygen control.

FUELS: Grain, grain waste, shavings, chips, coal, straw/wood pellets etc. containing up to 30% moisture. Fuels which must be scraped out.

 The plant consists of:

REKA threepass-firetube steel plate boiler with an open end, insulated with A-batts and covered with steel and plastisol coated plates.

 Boiler base with built in moving stepped grate (ensuring that grain, grain waste and straw pellets which produce hard clinkers do not cause any problems as the clinkers are moving and thus do not cake). Base with water-cooled and fireproof lining on the sides and the top, blower for primary and secondary preheated air and with semi-automatic ash removal. The ashes move automatically up to the waterproof front door.

NOTE: Automatic ash removal can be fitted

 Control box (3 x 400 Volt + N + E and with 10A fuses) in splashproof  cabinet containing all necessary contactors, control box with 3 programmes for choice for fuel, overload protector for engine, control keys, timing counter, lambda probe, thermostat etc.

 Stoker type FSK, consisting of: approx. 500 litres fuel container with lid, moving scrapers at the bottom which ensure that stubborn fuel will always be scraped down into the feeding screw.

The stoker in fitted with sprinkler system etc.

The stoker is further available with maximum 500 mm extended feeding screw so that boiler and fuel container can be placed in separate rooms. A 750 litres fuel container is available (approx. 300 mm higher).

The plants is easy to maintain, robust, in a simple and sturdy design which secures a maximum life and reduces the operation costs. Tested by the Danish Technological Institute in DK-Aarhus.

Environmentally correct combustion with a combustion efficiency of 91 - 93,6.

The fuel box must always be closed after filling to prevent return-flames. The plant can operate with open as well as closed expansion. On dimensioning the size of the boiler room you must allow for space behind the fuel container for filling up and for space in the front of the boiler for cleaning and removing the ashes.
