REKA fully automatic Combustion Plant for Straw, Wood Chips, Coal, Grain etc.

The complete plant is fitted with a pre-treatment unit/dosing unit, in the form of a straw cutter, a hydraulic silo discharger, a cone silo discharger, a grain og coal pit, or the like. (Note the rear of the page)

From the dosing unit the fuel is carried through a fireproof cell lock (fitted with a sprinkler system) by the dosing worm onto a moving stepped grate where the fuel is completely burnt by admission of primary as well as secondary air. The moving stepped grate carries the small amount of ashes and clinker forward to the ash removal worm, which deposits the ashes/clinker outside the furnace room, f.inst. into an ashcontainer.

 The transmission of the large heat volume is secured by a high effective four-pass stell boiler with large fire tubes and a long working life.

 The boiler plant is available in sizes from 80.000 to approx. 3.000.000 Kcal/h (approx. 90 tog 3.500 kW)

As appears, the combustion plant yields a compelte solution at a minimum of stoking and tending.
