Automatic and fast clearing of shaving silo for suction lorry

The system is constructed/developped by the Maskinfabrikken REKA A/S in Aars and is adjusted to the quantity of shavings which a normal shaving silo lorry is able to receive (100-150 m3/h).
The REKA silo discharge gives you the following advantages:

v The driver does not have to enter the silo.
v Flexible quantity of fuel feeding.
v Fast clearing (saves energy).
v Low air consumption (saves energy).
v While clearing, the silo can still be filled.
v The driver can operate the system single-handedly and adjust it to the required quantity.
v The system/the plant ist recommended/approved by the BST (the Health Center in West Himmerland for Factories) and by the Arbejdstilsynet (the Danish Working Environment Service).
After mounting the REKA silo discharge a fast clearing of the shaving silo is reduced to:
The tube of the suction lorry is connected to the pipe stub of the silo. The suction apparatus in the lorry is started and is running until full cargo – silo discharge is started and the shaving quantity is adjusted if necessary (until maximum cargo for suction lorry). Please waite until the silo is cleared or until the lorry is full – suction tube is disconnected.
