REKA - The all-automatic stoker construction - Model FSN 160

(eccect for 50.000 to 500.000 kcal/h) has been developed for the combustion of waste fuel such as sliced straw, wood flakes, chips, nutshells and straw pills.

The REKA automatic stoker can be installed on any boiler with a large firebox, an open bottom and a fireproof base.

In reality stoker combustion means fedding from the bottom and effect from the top, or in other words the fuel is supplied from the bottom and burns from the top. This principle of combustion produces particulary favourable efficency (80-90%) as the fuel is heated and gasified at the bottom, and the gas is pressed through the layer of glows i.e. high temperatures. The ash will always be fully burnt out and will be pushed along the sides of the boiler (i.e. disposal af ash at long interwals)

The REKA stoker consists of:

Silo base with feeder, engine and gear, reservoir with level control,
dosimeter with a continuously variable geared engine, airtight lock,
stoker pipe and endless screw engine and gear,
airboz with retort (cooling trought), cast grid blocks,
combustion blower with engine and damper, electricity panal etc.
