CHIP STOKER - Type FSK 30-60 and FSK 60-160

Maximum water contents of the fuel: 30% water of total weight

Maximum output: 60.000 and 160.000 kcal/h

Stoking with fine chopped wood chips, wood shavings, saw dust, fuel pellets etc. is of great immediate importance in the exploitation of durable energy resources. For that purpose REKA has developed the stokers type FSK 30-60 and type FSK 60-160 which are designed after the same sturdy principles as our coal stoker.

By firing of green chips both types can be fitted with a preburner.

Type FSK 30 - 60 : Volume of the fule box is approx. 360 litres.

Type FSK 60 - 160: Volume of the fule box is approx. 550 litres.

The Chip Stoker consists of:

Fuel box with cover and scraper system in bottom, worm casing with fedding screw and geared engine, combusition air fan with engine and damper, air distributor box, cooling-through with cast fire bars, sprinkler equipment with thermal water valve and double sensor, non-return valve and pressure storage tank, operationg thermostat, priming thermostat, minimum thermostat and control box.


	As the control box rules the temperature of the boiler, manual stoking simultaneously with the stoker working is possible on a limited scale. If, however, manual stoking on a larger scale is required, we recommend that an accumuation tank is connected to the stoker.
