The Boiler Room comsists of a steel framing, which is insulated, covered inside and outside in trapezoidal plastisol coated plates, and with door for inspection.

The roof construction is made of 19 mm Douglas plates coated with non-slip asphalt roofing.

The Silo likewise consists of a steel framing, uninsulated and covered outside with trapezoidal plastisol coated plates.

The interior coating is made of trapezoidal plates treated with acrylic lacquer.

The silo is supplied with approved fireproof door for inspection or discharge, rail and ladder for inspection of the cyclone for woodshavings.

The roof construction is made of 19 mm Douglas plates coated with non-slip asphalt roofing and prepared for the mounting of a cyclone for woodshaving. The roof is designed as explosion area with dustproof joints.

The wall between silo and boiler room is fireproof (BS 60)

The heating plant is available in optional colours.

REKA complete heating plant for the combustion of woodshavings, chips, cut straw etc.




Lenght, width and height of the fuel silo as well as the number of scrapers placed in the bottom of the silo may be varied.









 

In the heating plant can be fitted a REKA boiler with push grate and automatic ash removal or – as shown – a REKA boiler with retort.
